Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Glever LLC (“Glever,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of the Glever browser extension, the Glever iOS app, and the web app at glever.co (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, installing the extension or the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, don’t use the Service.

What Glever does

Glever is a job-search tool. The browser extension reads the fields on a supported job application (currently Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, and Rippling) and fills them in from the profile and resume you’ve added to your account. For open-ended questions, Glever can optionally draft an answer using AI, based on your profile and resume. The web app at glever.co is where you manage your profile, resume, saved answers, and billing, and where your data is stored and synced across your devices.

The iOS app does the same work on your iPhone or iPad, plus a job board you can search and filter. When you apply, the app opens the employer’s real application page in an in-app browser and fills it in for you; you can also stack jobs in your One-Click Apply queue and finish them one at a time. Your profile, resume, saved answers, plan, and application history are the same across the app, the extension, and the web — it’s one account. The app requires iOS 17 or later.

  • Free — unlimited basic autofill (name, contact details, links, address, and similar fields), plus 15 AI-assisted applications in total — a one-time allowance that does not renew monthly.
  • Premium — everything in Free, plus unlimited AI-assisted applications, for $10 per month.

An AI-assisted application is counted only when Glever generates a fresh answer with AI for that application; reusing an answer you’ve already saved, or a basic field fill, doesn’t count against your free allowance.

Your account

You need an account to use anything beyond installing the extension or the app; you can create one with Google or with Sign in with Apple. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. We may rate-limit or throttle requests to keep the Service stable and fairly available to all users.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium can be purchased two ways. Which one you used decides who bills you, where you manage the subscription, and who handles refunds — so it’s worth knowing which you have. Either way you get exactly the same Premium, on every device you sign in to.

  • In the Glever iOS app — an auto-renewing Apple In-App Purchase. Apple bills your Apple Account at the price shown at purchase, the subscription appears under Settings › your name › Subscriptions, and Apple’s terms and refund policy apply to it.
  • On glever.co — billed monthly at $10 by Glever LLC through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your full card details.
  • Either way, Premium renews automatically until you cancel.
  • We may change Premium’s price going forward; we’ll notify you before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel if you don’t want to continue at the new price.

Cancellation and refunds

  • App Store subscriptions are cancelled through Apple: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Glever. We cannot cancel them on your behalf, and deleting the Glever app or your Glever account does not cancel them — you have to cancel with Apple, or Apple will keep charging you. Refunds are requested from and decided by Apple under Apple’s policy.
  • Subscriptions bought on glever.co can be cancelled anytime from the billing page on your dashboard. These payments are non-refundable: we don’t provide refunds or prorated credit for partial billing periods, except where the law requires it — including statutory withdrawal rights for EU/EEA consumers, where applicable.
  • With either, you keep Premium through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again after that.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
  • Submit false or misleading information in your profile or through an application.
  • Circumvent rate limits or usage caps, or otherwise interfere with, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer the extension or the iOS app beyond what applicable law allows, or resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our permission.

The iOS app and the App Store

These Terms are between you and Glever LLC only — not with Apple. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Glever app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store’s Usage Rules. The following apply to your use of the app:

  • Glever LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content, and for any maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  • Glever LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim about the app — product liability, a failure to meet a legal requirement, a consumer-protection or privacy claim, or a claim that the app infringes someone’s intellectual property.
  • You confirm you’re not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you’re not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to the app, and may enforce them against you.

AI-generated content and your applications

Glever helps you fill out and answer job applications faster. When the extension fills an application you opened yourself, Glever doesn’t submit anything — you review every field and click the employer’s own submit button yourself. (Applications you queue with One-Click Apply may be submitted on your behalf — see “Submitting on your behalf” below.) Autofilled values and AI-drafted answers are based on the information in your profile and resume and can still be wrong, outdated, or poorly suited to a specific question. This applies equally to the in-app browser on iOS: Glever fills the employer’s form, but you review it and tap that employer’s own submit button. You’re solely responsible for what you ultimately submit to a job site or employer, and we make no guarantees about interview invitations, offers, or any other outcome of your job search.

Submitting on your behalf

By queueing an application with One-Click Apply, or by pressing Apply For Me, you authorize Glever — including our personnel — to review it once it’s ready to submit and to submit it to the employer on your behalf, using the information in your profile, resume, and saved answers as filled. The following apply:

  • An application we submit for you is treated for all purposes as an application submitted by you: you’re responsible for keeping your profile, resume, and saved answers accurate and up to date, and any accuracy certification the employer’s form requires is made on the basis of the information you provided.
  • You can always open a queued application from your dashboard’s One-Click Apply page and submit it yourself. An application already submitted — by you or by us — isn’t submitted again, and a submission can’t be recalled.
  • Submitting on your behalf is best-effort: we may decline to submit any particular application at our discretion (for example, one with unanswered required fields), and we don’t guarantee that, or when, any particular queued application will be submitted. If timing matters, submit it yourself — that always remains available.
  • Apply For Me chooses the employers. Pressing it authorizes a batch rather than a single job: Glever selects which postings to apply to from your profile, up to the number shown when you press it, and you will not see those postings before the applications are sent. Every application it sends is listed on your Apply For Me page afterwards. If you want to approve each job yourself, use One-Click Apply instead.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue submitting on your behalf at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of the profile information, resume files, and saved answers you add to your account. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service — for example, to autofill a form, generate an AI answer, sync it across your devices, or to access your filled One-Click Apply applications and submit them on your behalf. We don’t use your content to train third-party AI models. The Service — including the extension, the iOS app, the website, and the Glever name and branding — is the property of Glever LLC; these Terms don’t transfer any ownership of it to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that autofill or AI features will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or available on every job site, every device, or at every moment. Job sites change their forms often, and a layout we don’t recognize yet may fill partially or not at all.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Glever LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities or lost applications, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the extension or deleting the app, and you can permanently delete your account from your dashboard or from the account screen in the iOS app. Deleting your account cancels a glever.co (Stripe) subscription immediately; as above, payments already made aren’t refunded. It does not cancel an App Store subscription — you must cancel that with Apple or billing continues. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to Glever, other users, or the job sites we integrate with.

Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
