Help us help you

To resolve things faster, include in your email:

  • The email address on your Glever account.
  • Whether you were using the iPhone app, the Chrome extension, or the website.
  • What you were doing and what you expected to happen.
  • If it’s about a specific application, the job posting link and roughly when you applied or queued it.
  • A screenshot, if something looked wrong.
  • For the iOS app, your device and iOS version (Settings › General › About).

Common questions

My profile isn’t showing up in the app. Your profile, resume, and saved answers live on your Glever account, not on one device — make sure you’re signed in to the app with the same Google or Apple account you use on the web. Pull to refresh, or sign out and back in, to re-sync.

A form didn’t fill, or only filled partway. Glever supports Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, and Rippling applications. Employers change their forms often, so if one fills partially, send us the job link and we’ll take a look — that’s usually a fix on our end.

Glever didn’t submit my application. If you filled it yourself with the extension, that’s by design: Glever fills the form and hands it back to you, and you tap the employer’s own submit button. Applications sent through One-Click Apply or Apply For Me are different — we submit those for you, usually within 24 hours — and each one’s status is on its dashboard page.

Apply For Me didn’t find 200 jobs. Then there weren’t 200 worth applying to for your profile right now — Glever tells you the number it did find. Whatever is left of your allowance stays yours for the rest of the month, so you can run it again as new jobs are posted. Adding skills, or another location under preferred work locations, widens the search.

Managing Premium. Where you manage it depends on where you bought it, and your dashboard plan card says which you have. If you subscribed in the iOS app, Apple holds the subscription — manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Glever. Deleting the app does not cancel it. If you subscribed on glever.co, manage it from the billing page on your dashboard.

Deleting your account. You can do this yourself — it’s at the bottom of your dashboard on the web, and at the bottom of the account screen in the iOS app. It’s permanent. It cancels a glever.co subscription immediately without a refund for the rest of the period, but it cannot cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that in your iPhone’s Settings first, or Apple will keep charging you. Email us if you’d rather we handled it. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.
